About Marcello
Marcello is a music and sports enthusiast, who is deeply devoted to personal growth every single day. His nature is warm and loving, showing empathy to all.
Having graduated from The University of Sassari with a degree in Philosophy, Marcello's fascination for the complexities of the human mind blossomed. Embarking on his professional journey 12 years ago, he moved to Hungary and joined a multinational company where he discovered his passion for supporting people. Conversations with individuals from various backgrounds sparked his curiosity in understanding their unique perspectives and challenges, while also recognizing the lack of motivation among teams due to ineffective leadership.
Over time, Marcello's dedication to supporting people grew stronger, particularly towards women, with whom he felt a special connection while working together. Additionally, his empathy extended to the LGBTQ+ community due to a personal teenage experience when his best friend came out and sought Marcello's support.
About Snezha
Snezha is a strong and compassionate woman who advocates for those in need, driven by her innate curiosity and creative spirit.
Snezha's educational background includes a degree in Country-studying from Saint-Petersburg University, where she developed a keen interest in various cultures. As she embarked on her professional journey, she explored various fields, eventually finding her way to Hungary in 2012, where she joined forces with Marcello.
With over a decade of experience in marketing, people, and project management within diverse corporations, Snezha's coaching journey took flight when her friends and team members recognized her exceptional ability to listen, motivate, and inspire others. Her passion for coaching grew even stronger, fueled by the challenges she faced in her personal life, including complex family dynamics and the ongoing struggles of expat living. Driven by her commitment to help others, Snezha decided to provide the support she wished she had received in her own journey. Her mission is to uplift and empower women and LGBTQ+ community, guiding them towards positive transformation and growth.
